1. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our Services to violate any laws, infringe on any rights, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

If our Services are used to facilitate the sale or distribution of alcohol, it is the sole responsibility of the Restaurant to verify that the recipient meets the legal drinking age requirements in their jurisdiction.

2. Account

Your Bong account is where you receive coupons and manage details of your relationship with us ("Account"). You must register and create an Account by providing us with the information we require during Account registration or anytime after. You must keep your Account information accurate and updated. Any failure to provide or maintain this information may interfere with our ability to provide our services to you.

You should never:

• Select or use as a username a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person.
• Use as a username a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization.
• Use as a username a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
• Use another person's Account or registration information.
• Share your Account with others.
• Publish, distribute or post login information for your Account or another's.

3. Your Responsibility

You are expected to show respect for the Restaurant's guests and personnel, as well as Bong's personnel. If you act inappropriately towards a Restaurant, other consumers of the Restaurant or Bong, or if you commit a crime against or in the Restaurant in connection with Bong, or violate the code of conduct rules (or similar) of the Restaurant or Bong or any other similar behavior, Bong may ban, exclude or suspend you from the App. The intervention of Bong does not deprive the Restaurant of the means and rights at its disposal to obtain possible reparations or other remedies.

4. Code of Conduct

When using our Services and accessing your Account you acknowledge that you are responsible for all of your activity in connection with Bong which includes your acknowledgment and agreement with the following:

• To not use our Services for any illegal purpose or any other purpose that is prohibited by these Terms.
• You will not use our Services to research Restaurant's or the pricing of the Restaurant.
• You will not engage in inappropriate behaviour towards: (i) a Restaurant including its agents or employees; (ii) another consumer of a Restaurant; or (iii) Bong including its agents or employees.
• You're not located in a sanctioned country or on a sanctioned persons list.
• You acknowledge and agree that you have not created other Bong Accounts that have been suspended or terminated by Bong for violations of our terms, policies, or applicable laws or regulations.
• You will not use any automated systems, robots or software to extract data from our Services.
• You will not:
  • Take any action or upload, download, post, submit or otherwise distribute content that you know is false, misleading, untruthful or inaccurate.
  • Contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files, or programs designed to disrupt, damage, limit or interfere with functionality.
  • Impersonates any person or entity.
  • Includes anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information.

5. User Complaints

Complaints should be submitted to our contact email before taking any other action. You must include the reason you are unsatisfied and any other information reasonably requested by us. After receiving the complaint, we will process the complaint and when needed in cooperation with the Restaurant. These Terms do not limit the means otherwise available to you to resolve any dispute you have with the Store under applicable law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bong and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where our Services are not functioning as intended, are unavailable, or experience interruptions, errors, or security breaches, or for any reliance placed on the Services or their content by you or any third party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
